Mettle Institute is dedicated to exploring the creative, restorative, and connective power of sound. Through live performances, immersive listening experiences, sound bath meditations, artist residencies, workshops, lectures, and interactive installations, the Institute explores sound as both an artistic medium and a pathway to well-being. Mettle Institute is a program of the Mettle Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
